The founder, Joey Gan wants to enhance the focus on the locally made food in Singapore through his product. Tropical fruits flavors, for example drago n fruit, passionfruit and lychee, are one of the product features of GSH Conserves, which is used the locally gro wn fruits as raw materials, in order to change the concept of jam is only an imported good from European countries. Besides, food miles is also one of the concern of the company. Food miles is the concept of the distance the food has traveled till it reaches the consumer.
